Any book by Edward De Bono is worth a look. In Six Thinking Hats De Bono separates thinking into six distinct modes, identified with six colored "thinking hats". His techniques help to focus your thinking, and think more creatively.
The Mind Map Book by Tony Buzan is required reading for the creative thinker. It teaches the why and how of using mind maps.
Guy Kawasaki. Rules for Revolutionaries is intelligent, insightful, and very entertaining. All of Kawasaki's books are worthwhile reads.
The Universal Traveler by Don Koberg and Jim Bagnall has lots of great techniques and insight's into the creative process.
Jump Start Your Brain by Doug Hall is an industrial strength book on business creativity.
The IdeaFisher is excellent and presents techniques that can open up your creativity. It is written by Marvin Fisher and there is a software program that is designed to support the techniques presented in his book.
Conversations in Paint by Charles Dunn will open your mind to art and creativity even if you not a painter.
Conceptual Blockbusting a guide to better ideas by James Adams will stretch your mind. Its been around since the seventies but is still one of the better books on creativity.
